Richard sent a couple of pictures of the work that is being done at the camp, to bring it up to code, for fire insurance. Since the camp was built, and the woodstove was installed, the regulations regarding this sort of thing have changed quite a bit.
With the chimney cupboard gone, it looks like there will be more space to work in the kitchen. It looks like this will be an improvement overall.
